The companion app is in a testing phase: Site tab opens thycc.fit, Watch tab pairs the Thycc FIT Watch — a PineTime running InfiniTime (the software that talks BLE to the phone) — and phones home to your diary. Hardware is still under testing. Android beta APK is up — PineTime BLE plus other watches via Gadgetbridge. On iPhone, Apple Health (HealthKit) now syncs day activity into thycc. New: a device walkthrough video — and we still recommend PineTime first.

Activity estimates use MET × kg × hours — you log pounds; we convert to kilograms before the math. A brisk walk at 180 lb isn’t scored the same as one at 220 lb. Log sitting, walking, cycling, housework, and more without a wearable.
Create a free account and keep food, weight, activity, and goals private to that login. Open the tracker on any device, pick a date, and pick up where you left off. The Thycc Watch companion wraps the same site and can sync a wearable into your diary.
Open the tracker, search something you already ate — or import a diary from another app — and see the ring move.
