$1.00 a month for the food coach, or $12.00 a year. No ads, and your data stays yours. What’s included
Bring history from MyFitnessPal, Lose It!, Cronometer, FatSecret, or a generic CSV — foods and weigh-ins.
Set a goal weight and see how many days today’s deficit pace would take to get there.
Create an API key and talk to thycc from Grok — log food, pull diary days, and check trends in chat.
Search FatSecret, pick a serving, and keep a clean meal diary with protein, carbs, sugar, and fat.
Log a walk, a ride, or housework and see the burn next to what you ate.
Line graphs for intake, burn, macros, and weight over 7, 30, or 90 days.
Group entries by breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack and revisit any past day in one tap.
Day totals roll up kcal with protein, carbs, sugar, and fat — not calories alone.
Log weigh-ins in lb or kg and watch the trend against your goal weight.
Set a calorie target and see whether today’s intake and burn put you under or over.
Choose branded or generic servings, set quantity, and preview macros before you log.
Your food, weight, activity, and goals stay tied to your login across devices.
Android and iPhone companion in testing. It syncs a watch into your diary, and can use location for an optional food-buy check. Hardware ordering comes soon.
Status updates, day cards from Share, comments, profile photos, and friends — a network around your diary.
Search real foods and watch macros update, or connect a personal API key and ask Grok to log meals and pull trends in chat.

A wrist watch for heart rate, steps, and active time. It pairs over Bluetooth with the Thycc phone app on Android and iOS, and phones that activity home to your diary.

Still under testing. We are not taking orders yet. No payment is collected until ordering opens.
The companion app is in testing on Android and iOS. The Site tab opens thycc.fit. The Watch tab pairs your Thycc PineTime Watch over Bluetooth and phones the day’s activity home to your diary. Turn on food-buy accountability and the same app can use location to notice a food stop and ask if you should buy anything. That check is separate from watch activity, and the coordinates are not saved. Hardware is still under testing. The Android beta APK is up — Thycc PineTime Watch, plus other watches via Gadgetbridge. On iPhone, Apple Health (HealthKit) syncs the day’s activity into thycc, including Apple Watch. New: a device walkthrough video for Android smart watch integrations. We strongly encourage the Thycc PineTime Watch.
Three loops keep intake, burn, and goal weight on the same screen.
Search FatSecret — or snap a meal for xAI / Grok to name it — then pick a serving for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack. Macros roll into the day total.
Choose an activity and duration. Burn is estimated with Compendium MET values scaled to your current weight.
Deficit ≈ goal − (intake − burn). When you’re under, thycc.fit estimates days to your goal weight from today’s pace (~3,500 kcal per lb).
Upload an export from MyFitnessPal, Lose It!, Cronometer, FatSecret, or a generic CSV. Foods and weigh-ins land in your thycc.fit diary — pick a source, follow the export steps, and import. You can download your thycc diary in those same formats. Exercise rows are skipped for now.
vs MyFitnessPal · vs Lose It! · vs Cronometer
Activity estimates use MET × kg × hours — you log pounds; we convert to kilograms before the math. A brisk walk at 180 lb isn’t scored the same as one at 220 lb. Log sitting, walking, cycling, housework, and more without a wearable.
Create a free account and keep food, weight, activity, and goals private to that login. Open the tracker on any device, pick a date, and pick up where you left off. The Thycc Watch companion wraps the same site and can sync a wearable into your diary.
Open the tracker, search something you already ate — or import a diary from another app — and see the ring move.
Hi — I'm Andrew. People started complaining about my weight, and that sting was real. Instead of hiding it, I built a tracker I actually open, and a place to log the food, the weigh-ins, and the days that don't stick. The app is $1.00 a month for the food coach, or $12.00 a year. No ads. The only other price is the PineTime watch at $69, and we are not taking orders yet. I'm still logging in public, so you'll know if this goes quiet.
