Privacy Policy

This policy describes what thycc.fit and the Thycc Watch phone app collect. Thycc FIT operates the service at https://thycc.fit/. Questions go to Support or [email protected].

Account

When you register we store your name, username, email, date of birth, and a password hash. The phone app also keeps an install id and sign-in email on the device so it can create watch and aisle-alert tokens. Tokens live in the iOS Keychain or Android secure storage.

Diary

Food entries, weight, activity you log, goal weight, and settings stay on thycc.fit so you can see your own tracker. We do not sell that diary.

Health samples sent to thycc.fit

If you connect Apple Health or pull a Thycc FIT Watch and phone home, the app uploads one day of activity to watch_sync. That upload includes steps, exercise or active minutes, average heart rate when a sample exists, and workout minutes from Apple Health. Apple Health also sends active energy. The server stores those totals with your diary day.

This is an example of an Apple Health upload. The numbers are not from a real account.

{
  "entry_date": "2026-10-11",
  "steps": 8432,
  "active_minutes": 42,
  "avg_heart_rate": 78,
  "device_name": "Apple Health",
  "install_id": "00000000-0000-4000-8000-000000000000",

    "active_energy_kcal": 310.5,
    "exercise_minutes": 42,

  }
}

A Thycc PineTime Watch pull sends the same steps, active minutes, and heart rate, with device_name set to the watch’s Bluetooth name and raw.address set to the Bluetooth id. Both examples are in the download.

Precise location for aisle alerts

Aisle alerts are off until you turn them on in Account and in the phone app, and allow location. When they are on, the app sends latitude and longitude once to location_classify so thycc.fit can name the nearest food place. The server uses that point for the lookup and does not store it. The follow-up check stores the place name, category, and your answer, not the coordinates.

The phone keeps the last latitude and longitude on the device for about 30 minutes so the same stop is not checked again, then deletes them.

{
  "latitude": 42.33143,
  "longitude": -83.04575,
  "install_id": "00000000-0000-4000-8000-000000000000"
}

Bluetooth name and id

When you select a Thycc PineTime Watch, the phone keeps two values on the device so the next Pull can find that watch:

  • Device name — the name the watch advertises, stored as device_name. If the watch has no name, the app uses “Thycc FIT Watch”.
  • Device id — stored as device_address. On iPhone this is the CoreBluetooth peripheral UUID. On Android this is the Bluetooth MAC address.

Those two values stay on the device until you pull the Thycc PineTime Watch and phone home. The health upload then includes the name as device_name and the id as raw.address. Scanning alone does not send them.

Photos

A meal photo you choose is sent so it can be described and searched. Profile and message photos you upload are stored for that feature.

Deletion

Delete the account from Account or from Delete account on the Watch tab. Deletion removes the account, diary, weight, activity, messages, and watch connections. It asks for your password.
